These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of wayupcareers.com and any services purchased through it, including Executive Resume Writing, LinkedIn Profile Optimization, Cover Letter & Bio Writing, Career Coaching & Strategy, Job Placement Assistance, and Personal Branding Packages (collectively, the “Services”).

Way Up Careers provides professional career development services, including but not limited to:

- Cover Letter & Bio Writing — custom cover letters and executive bios aligned to your resume branding
- Career Coaching & Strategy — 1-on-1 strategy sessions, interview preparation, and salary negotiation coaching
- Job Placement Assistance (Done-For-You Job Placement / Reverse Recruiting) — targeted job applications submitted on your behalf and recruiter/hiring manager outreach support
- Personal Branding Packages — a complete resume, LinkedIn, and personal portfolio rebuild delivered as one connected engagement
All Services are delivered by certified professional writers and career strategists. Specific inclusions, timelines, and revision rounds vary by the package selected (Career Launch, Career Catalyst, or Executive Accelerator) as described on our Pricing page.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or purchase our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Orders, Payment & Pricing
- All prices listed on the Site (including Career Launch, Career Catalyst, and Executive Accelerator packages) are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a specific payment plan has been agreed to in writing.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect services already purchased.
- Add-on services (such as additional revisions, recruiter outreach scripts, or expedited turnaround) may incur additional fees, which will be disclosed before purchase.
5. Client Responsibilities
To deliver an effective, ATS-optimized resume, LinkedIn profile, or career strategy, we rely on accurate and timely information from you. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your work history, achievements, education, and certifications
- Respond to requests for information, drafts, and approvals promptly, as delays on your part may affect delivery timelines
- Review and approve deliverables within the revision windows specified in your selected package
- Use the resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn content, and career materials we provide honestly and not misrepresent your qualifications to employers
We are not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
6. The 60-Day Interview Guarantee
Certain packages (including Career Catalyst and Executive Accelerator) include a 60-Day Interview Guarantee, as described on our Pricing page. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- You must actively apply to a minimum number of qualifying roles within the 60 days (specific requirements provided at onboarding)
- You must have implemented all deliverables provided (resume, LinkedIn profile, cover letter) without material alteration
- The guarantee applies to interview requests received, not to job offers or placements
- Full guarantee terms, eligibility requirements, and remedy (e.g., a complimentary revision or extended support period) will be provided in writing at the time of purchase
7. Revisions & Turnaround Times
- Revision rounds are limited to the number specified in your selected package (see Pricing page for current package details)
- Standard turnaround times will be communicated at onboarding; expedited turnaround is available on select packages
- Requests for revisions outside the scope of your original package (e.g., a new target role after final delivery) may be treated as a new engagement and billed separately
8. Refund Policy
After payment, there will be no refund applicable after 24 to 48 hours.
9. Intellectual Property
- All resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn content, and career materials created for you become your property upon full payment, for your personal career use.
- All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Way Up Careers name and branding, remains the property of Way Up Careers and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
- We may request permission to use anonymized results, testimonials, or case studies (such as those featured in our Selected Case Studies section) for marketing purposes; you may decline this request at any time.
10. No Guarantee of Employment
While our Services — including Job Placement Assistance, Recruiter & Hiring Manager Outreach, and Interview Preparation & Strategy — are designed to significantly improve your job search outcomes, Way Up Careers does not guarantee employment, a specific salary, or a specific number of interviews, except where explicitly stated in a written guarantee (see Section 6). Hiring decisions are made solely by employers and are outside our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Way Up Careers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of employment opportunity, or damages resulting from third-party hiring decisions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
12. Third-Party Links & Tools
The Site may contain links to third-party tools (such as Calendly for booking consultations) or third-party websites. Way Up Careers is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services linked from the Site.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms & Conditions, provide false information, or engage in abusive conduct toward our team.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
